Cloud Engineer

The Gist:

Manage and enhance AWS cloud environments and Army integrated systems, solving complex technical problems with minimal supervision. Ideal for experienced cloud ops engineers with security clearance or eligibility.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Manage, administer, and support cloud environments (AWS, networking, storage, compute) with focus on continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and performance issues
• Develop enterprise cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and related DevOps tools
• Mentor team members and work across cross-functional teams on advanced cloud infrastructure challenges

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2+ years with AWS cloud infrastructure (networking, storage, compute, DevOps tools) and 2+ years troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline failures; must have or be able to obtain Secret clearance.
• Standout Qualifications: Experience with enterprise cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, Azure), GitHub/GitLab CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
