The Gist:
Support Conciliation Resources’ peacebuilding work in Brussels by managing EU projects, coordinating with donor institutions, and keeping the office running smoothly. Ideal for someone who wants to bridge global peacebuilding efforts with EU policy and funding.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Manage EU-funded projects and service contracts, including budget coordination, proposal submissions, and donor reporting
- Organize policy events and engagement activities with EU institutions, Member States, and civil society partners
- Handle office administration, databases, and IT systems for a small Brussels-based team
- Liaise with project partners, consultants, and CR teams globally to coordinate assignments and share EU knowledge
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience: You need experience managing EU projects or service contracts, organizing events (in-person and online), office administration with IT proficiency, and working across cultures.
- Standout Qualifications: Background in peace mediation or peacebuilding, familiarity with EU institutions and funding streams, and financial management experience are valued.
