The Gist:

Lead a team delivering employment services-job training, placement, and support-to refugees and others facing employment barriers. You’ll manage staff, track program outcomes, and partner with employers to get clients into jobs.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Supervise direct-service staff through team meetings, individual coaching, case assignment, and performance management
  • Oversee job readiness training, vocational skills programs, job placement, and post-placement support for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to create consistent job opportunities
  • Monitor program data, grant deliverables, and quality assurance; draft reports and propose improvements when needed

What They’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in International Studies, Business, Social Services, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years supporting clients with employment barriers in refugee resettlement, workforce development, or social services; proven experience supervising and training staff.
  • Standout Qualifications: Fluency in a language spoken by client populations is a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for regular travel.
