The Gist:
Teach English to adult learners across Jordan using standard curricula and best practices. Ideal for experienced EFL/ESL instructors ready to work in multiple governorate locations.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Deliver classroom lessons in reading, writing, listening, and speaking across CEFR levels A1-C2
- Create lesson plans tailored to student needs and track progress through formative/summative assessments
- Maintain student records, attendance logs, and performance documentation per program standards
- Provide academic counseling, feedback, and remedial support; adapt materials as needed
What They’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, ESL/EFL, Linguistics, English, Education, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years delivering English instruction to adults, plus CELTA/TESL/TEFL certification or 10 years documented EFL teaching experience.
- Standout Qualifications: Familiarity with standardized testing and test preparation; experience in structured, performance-driven training environments.
