The Gist:

18-month recruiter role managing hiring for multiple divisions at the Gates Foundation, with a focus on internal talent mobility and global sourcing. Ideal for someone who can juggle multiple concurrent searches and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and job postings through interviews and offer management-for several divisions simultaneously
  • Conduct resume screening, initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across programmatic and non-programmatic teams
  • Develop diverse talent pools using creative sourcing (referrals, networking, direct sourcing) and build internal talent mapping
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to create recruiting strategies, prepare kick-off meetings, and maintain applicant tracking system records

What They’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of work experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field with demonstrated success recruiting for roles from entry level through senior leadership.
  • Standout Qualifications: Experience with global searches in fast-paced matrixed environments, recruiting operations, Workday/ATS systems, and strong ability to bring rigor and creativity to shifting priorities.
