Caseworker

The Gist:

Provide trauma-informed case management to refugees and immigrants, helping them access housing, employment, healthcare, and benefits for successful resettlement. Ideal for someone committed to direct service delivery and community integration.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Conduct intakes and needs assessments; develop Family Self-Sufficiency Plans and Individual Employability Plans with clients
• Coordinate access to housing, benefits, healthcare, education, and employment services
• Provide trauma-informed case management including direct support, referrals, and advocacy with service providers
• Monitor client progress, maintain case documentation, and build relationships with community partners

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field strongly preferred; comparable work experience may substitute.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of case management experience in a social services environment; experience with vulnerable or underserved populations preferred.
• Standout Qualifications: Bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, or other refugee/immigrant language is preferred.
