The Gist:

Support internal communications for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce by managing newsletters, intranet content, employee events, and engagement programs. Ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling and building organizational culture.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Coordinate daily internal communications across email, newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and video channels
  • Draft, edit, and publish content including newsletters, announcements, event promotions, and FAQs
  • Produce and manage the internal employee newsletter, including content collection, approvals, and performance tracking
  • Support planning and execution of employee events, town halls, recognition programs, and internal campaigns

What They’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, events, employee experience, or a related field.
  • Standout Qualifications: Experience creating or supporting employee events, video/multimedia content, or basic design work is preferred.
