Delegation Coordinator – France

The Gist:

Lead Action contre la Faim’s network of volunteer delegations across France, growing the organization’s visibility and fundraising impact. This role is for someone who excels at building trust and mobilizing diverse partners around a shared mission to fight hunger.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Support and oversee volunteer delegation projects nationwide, ensuring implementation of campaigns and fundraising initiatives
• Manage relationships with volunteer delegations and their teams, providing guidance and encouragement
• Develop partnerships with private-sector actors and coordinate collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Degree in project management, public relations, or related field.
• Experience: Significant experience coordinating volunteer networks and supporting civic engagement; prior work (paid or volunteer) in the nonprofit sector is especially valued.
• Standout Qualifications: Experience within Action contre la Faim itself, another humanitarian organization, or a civic-engagement support structure would be a strong plus.
