The Gist:

Support Oxfam’s global inequality campaigns through research, team coordination, and campaign material development. Ideal for someone passionate about economic justice and development work who wants hands-on experience in advocacy.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Coordinate team calls and outreach across policy and campaign activities
  • Research inequality issues and analyze data to support policy and campaign work
  • Develop project workplans, track implementation, and monitor progress
  • Create campaign materials including social media content and research products

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Demonstrable project management experience and desire to work in the international NGO sector required.
  • Standout Qualifications: Background in development contexts, advocacy, or understanding of socio-economic inequality issues at national and global levels preferred.
