Middle School Alliance Site Coordinator

The Gist:

Run day-to-day operations for after-school programming at middle schools serving students and families. You’ll coordinate schedules, staff, logistics, and data while keeping programs running smoothly and safely.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Coordinate daily program logistics, scheduling, meals, transportation, and communication between school staff, providers, and families
• Track attendance, enrollment, and program quality data; support data collection and reporting to leadership
• Recruit students and engage families through outreach, communication, and relationship-building
• Monitor program quality, gather feedback, and troubleshoot operational issues within established procedures

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, youth development, nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in youth development, education, afterschool programming, or community-based programming.
• Standout Qualifications: Experience working with middle school youth, school communities, attendance tracking/data systems, and knowledge of positive youth development practices all preferred.
