The Gist:

Design and develop training content for a humanitarian organization’s field staff and internal teams. This role blends instructional design, eLearning development, and learning technology management.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Create classroom, blended, and eLearning training content using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advise subject matter experts on learning design and delivery across multiple formats
  • Manage the organization’s online learning portal and evaluate training technology solutions
  • Assess training effectiveness, track outcomes, and report results; support field staff training initiatives

What They’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field required; also requires 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (can be completed after hire).
  • Experience: Three or more years in corporate, nonprofit, or civil service training/learning roles, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Standout Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Guided Learning is preferred.
