Field Coordinator – Sudan

The Gist:

Lead all operations at MdM’s clinic in Feina (Darfur), managing a mixed expatriate and national team delivering healthcare to 45,000 displaced people. This is for someone ready to work independently in a volatile, isolated setting.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Oversee the Feina base clinic and manage a team of 5+ staff (doctors, community advisors, logistics/admin officers)
• Monitor budgets, implement MdM policies, and coordinate with partner NGOs and government bodies
• Track the humanitarian and security situation on the ground and report regularly to the mission coordinator
• Ensure staff security, safety compliance, and adherence to organizational procedures

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar coordinator role with an international NGO in emergency/health contexts, plus demonstrated experience managing security at field sites.
• Standout Qualifications: Prior field experience with MdM, fluency in Arabic, and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
