Advisor for Career & Orientation (d/w/m)

The Gist:

Develop accessible, multilingual learning materials and job-market training programs for refugees and migrants, including those with disabilities. This is for someone who wants to create practical educational resources that break down barriers to employment.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Create barrier-free, culturally-sensitive learning and training materials in digital and analog formats for refugees and migrants
• Design self-study guides, handbooks, and practical resources promoting inclusive labor-market access
• Plan and run training workshops and sensitization events for employers, partner organizations, and community groups
• Coordinate program activities with project partners and provide individual socio-pedagogical support

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Completed degree or equivalent qualification in communications, media education, humanities, or educational sciences.
• Experience: Experience developing analog and digital learning materials with accessibility in mind; background working with migrants or people with disabilities; track record designing and leading training courses.
• Standout Qualifications: Knowledge of language-didactics for refugees (DAZ) and technical language; familiarity with IFSL materials; proficiency in languages spoken by target groups (Ukrainian, Arabic, Dari, etc.); willingness to travel regularly.
