The Gist:
Manage day-to-day operations for humanitarian programs across a region, serving as the hub between the main office, field partners, and donors. You’ll ensure financial accountability, collect reporting from partners, and track program performance.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Coordinate communication between headquarters and program partners; establish reporting deadlines and collect field data, reports, and photos
- Maintain strict financial transparency by tracking fund usage, receipts, and audit records across all projects
- Organize and manage program databases, seasonal budgets, and proposal development for funding and program expansion
- Support grant research, staff training, and the Orphan Sponsorship Program as assigned
What They’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of program experience in a non-profit sector, including direct administration of programs and budgets.
- Standout Qualifications: Knowledge of international development issues and cultural diplomacy skills with diverse global partners are preferred.
