Delegations Manager

The Gist:

Lead and grow Action contre la Faim’s network of volunteer delegations across France, managing their projects and fundraising efforts. This role is for someone passionate about mobilizing grassroots support for hunger relief.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Develop and animate the volunteer delegation network in France; oversee project implementation, institutional campaigns, and fundraising activities
• Support and mentor volunteer delegates and their teams across the country
• Recruit, integrate, and supervise Civic Service Volunteers
• Coordinate corporate partnership projects and manage relationships with private-sector partners

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Degree in project management, public relations, or related field.
• Experience: Significant experience managing volunteer networks and supporting civic engagement in the nonprofit sector.
• Standout Qualifications: Background in a humanitarian organization like Action contre la Faim, a citizen-engagement support structure, or similar NGO is especially valued.
