Anti-Trafficking Caseworker

The Gist:

Support survivors of human trafficking in Alameda County and San Francisco through holistic case management and resource connection. This role is for someone passionate about helping immigrant survivors rebuild their lives after exploitation.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments, safety planning, and ongoing case management for trafficking survivors
• Connect clients with legal services, housing, public benefits, mental health care, and other resources
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, law enforcement, and service providers to improve client outcomes
• Supervise volunteers and interns, document case notes, and track direct assistance (rent, utilities, etc.)

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience: Two years of relevant experience in social services, case management, or human services preferred; significant relevant work experience can substitute for a degree.
• Standout Qualifications: Spanish fluency required; knowledge of Bay Area legal providers, social services, and public benefits systems strongly preferred; culturally sensitive skills for underserved communities valued.
