The Gist:

UNFPA is seeking a private company to design and deliver a climate change project focused on gendered impacts in South Sudan. This is a project implementation role, not an employment position.

What You’d Be Doing:

  • Design and implement climate change activities addressing gendered impacts across designated geographic locations in South Sudan
  • Deliver accelerated project activities according to UNFPA timelines and standards
  • Submit technical and financial proposals via the UNFPA Quantum Supplier Portal following strict template requirements

What They’re Looking For:

  • Standout Qualifications: Prior experience implementing UNFPA or UN development projects, and demonstrated expertise in gender and climate change programming in fragile or conflict-affected contexts.

Good Fit If:

You lead or work at a legally registered private limited company capable of operating in South Sudan and are comfortable navigating formal UN procurement processes. You’re committed to advancing women’s rights while addressing climate adaptation in a complex operating environment.
