The Gist:
Lead medical operations for a French NGO providing free healthcare to refugees and displaced people in Northern Greece. You’ll manage volunteers, oversee clinical activities, and ensure quality across mobile medical units.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Coordinate all medical activities and supervise volunteer integration and team capacity building
- Manage pharmacy stock, orders, and ensure adherence to medical procedures
- Serve as liaison with local health centers and other NGOs on medical matters
- Handle regular reporting, monitoring, and process improvement for the project
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience: Medical Doctor or Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of work experience in similar humanitarian or resource-limited healthcare settings.
- Standout Qualifications: Knowledge of Greek, Arabic, or Farsi; strong reporting and communication skills; experience working under pressure.
