The Gist:
Help grow and strengthen a global network of social work and legal organizations serving migrants and displaced families. This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships across borders and expanding an international membership base.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Develop and execute member engagement strategies to deepen involvement in ISS’s global network
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new member organizations to expand ISS’s reach
- Coordinate capacity-building activities and training programs for member organizations
- Monitor member satisfaction and support retention through regular communication and support
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience: Experience in membership development, network management, or nonprofit relationship-building preferred.
- Standout Qualifications: Background in international NGO work, migration issues, or child protection would be a strong advantage.
