Project Officer

The Gist:

Support the day-to-day management, budgeting, and implementation of a hunger-relief project in the Philippines. Ideal for someone with project management and emergency response experience who can represent the organization with local government and partners.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Coordinate workplans and budgets with the Head of Project; manage project team and monitor activity implementation
• Represent the organization with local government units and coordinate with other humanitarian actors in the area
• Develop and track monitoring and reporting plans; collect data and ensure compliance with donor requirements
• Coordinate staff movements and security compliance with the Head of Base and Security Focal

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: University degree required.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in project cycle management, budget management, monitoring/evaluation, and emergency response.
• Standout Qualifications: Experience in health response or vaccination campaigns, partnership development, risk mitigation, epidemiological data analysis, and demonstrated commitment to gender equality are preferred.

Languages:
