The Gist:
Support IMPACT’s project management and partnership operations from the Geneva headquarters. This role is for someone studying international affairs or development who wants hands-on experience in humanitarian aid administration.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Update and maintain project cycle management databases and tools; track donor contracts and project performance metrics
- Monitor funding opportunities, analyze grant potential, and help prepare funding applications and donor reports
- Support partnership agreements with IMPACT’s network, including due diligence reviews and database updates
- Develop internal guidance documents, templates, and assist with editing external proposals
What They’re Looking For:
- Education: Currently studying or recently completed studies in International Relations, Political Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Social Research, or similar field.
- Experience: Academic exposure to grant management, project cycle management, or monitoring and evaluation; proven copywriting and editing skills.
- Standout Qualifications: Prior experience in the nonprofit sector, knowledge of humanitarian coordination systems, or familiarity with institutional/donor funding mechanisms are valued.
