Program Coordinator – Chad

The Gist:

Lead program implementation and manage project teams for an international humanitarian NGO’s mission in N’Djamena. Ideal for someone with development or humanitarian expertise who wants hands-on responsibility for strategy and execution.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Oversee operational strategy development, context analysis, and needs assessments; liaise with donors and partners
• Manage project leads through planning, implementation monitoring, budget adjustments, and performance reviews
• Guide project execution, collect verification data, and prepare presentations for stakeholders
• Strengthen team technical capacity and ensure activities align with mission objectives

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in humanitarian affairs, agronomy, rural development, or hydraulics.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years managing or coordinating projects, with background in education, WASH, or food security.
• Standout Qualifications: Strong analytical and synthesis skills; proven ability to adapt programming based on context shifts.
