The Gist:
Lead field operations and program implementation for Action contre la Faim in a challenging humanitarian context. This role is for an experienced manager ready to oversee teams, coordinate partnerships, and deliver integrated aid programs.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Develop country strategy and design humanitarian programs in collaboration with leadership
- Coordinate field operations and ensure integrated implementation across nutrition, health, WASH, food security, and other program areas
- Manage field-level teams and strengthen local partnerships and community engagement
- Handle security, access negotiation, budget management, and cross-team coordination
What They’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Humanitarian Action, International Relations, Development Studies, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior management roles with humanitarian or development organizations, plus project management experience.
- Standout Qualifications: Demonstrated negotiation skills, strategic planning ability, and track record in people management and team development are highly valued.
