Program Coordinator Lebanon

The Gist:

Oversee humanitarian program implementation and local staff in Lebanon for an international relief NGO. This role is for someone ready to manage projects in a complex operating environment.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Design and plan projects, including needs assessments and baseline surveys
• Supervise program implementation, activity planning, and monitoring with verification
• Manage program budgets, partnerships, and donor/mission reporting
• Address implementation delays and propose improvements to operations

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Sciences, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of humanitarian work experience with demonstrated project management, strategic thinking, and budget oversight skills.
• Standout Qualifications: Experience managing staff in insecure environments, familiarity with Logical Framework analysis and project cycle management tools, and fluency in French or Arabic are valued.
