The Gist:
Freelance project coordinator to manage administrative and logistical support for humanitarian and development projects. Ideal for organized professionals comfortable with flexible, assignment-based work.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Maintain project trackers, workplans, action logs, and deliverable schedules
- Track deadlines and follow up with project personnel on actions and required inputs
- Coordinate meetings, compile project information for reporting, and organize documentation
- Support financial tracking, budget reviews, and administrative processes with Finance and Operations teams
What They’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, operations, research, consulting, or related areas.
- Standout Qualifications: Background in client-funded, humanitarian, development, or research projects; familiarity with project budgets and workplans; knowledge of Myanmar context.
