Anti Trafficking Caseworker

The Gist:

Help trafficking survivors rebuild their lives by connecting them with services, developing individualized recovery plans, and advocating for their needs. This role is for someone committed to trauma-informed support and community-based solutions.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Assess survivor needs and develop tailored self-sufficiency plans with clear goals and timelines
• Connect clients to financial, medical, vocational, and social services; coordinate referrals and ensure access
• Conduct intake, job-readiness training, and employment assessments for eligible clients
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, maintain case files, and report on outcomes

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Four-year degree in social work or equivalent field preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in social services, humanitarian work, public service, or nonprofit settings strongly preferred.
• Standout Qualifications: Fluency in Creole and/or Spanish is desired; lived experience with human trafficking is especially valued.
