Volunteer Network Coordinator – France

The Gist:

Support and grow Action contre la Faim’s network of volunteer delegations across France by managing their projects, fundraising, and visibility. This role is for someone who thrives connecting people around shared humanitarian goals.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Oversee volunteer delegation projects, implement institutional campaigns, and drive fundraising and awareness-raising activities across France
• Manage and mentor the volunteer network and delegation leaders, providing support and guidance
• Develop partnerships with private-sector actors and coordinate collaborative initiatives to expand the organization’s reach

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: Degree in project management, public relations, or related field.
• Experience: Significant experience managing volunteer networks and supporting civic engagement, ideally within an NGO like Action contre la Faim or similar organization.
• Standout Qualifications: Volunteer experience within the nonprofit sector, strong public speaking skills, and proven ability to build trust and represent organizations to diverse audiences.
