The Gist:
Lead project proposals, donor relations, and grant management for Acted’s humanitarian operations across Haiti. You’ll represent the organization to funders and coordinate internal teams while managing emergency response and development programs.
What You’d Be Doing:
- Develop project proposals aligned with organizational strategy and donor requirements; manage contracts and grant reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with donors; conduct contextual analysis to identify funding opportunities
- Oversee grant management, partner monitoring, and compliance across active programs
- Coordinate internal teams across departments and manage external communications
What They’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s degree in international relations, development, political science, or related field required.
- Experience: Prior humanitarian experience, proposal writing, grant management, and donor relations required; overseas work experience essential.
- Standout Qualifications: Experience navigating donor systems, strong external representation skills, and ability to work creatively under pressure in multicultural settings are valued.
